Why and how do we process your personal data?
We organize the e-learning courses and trainings and we collect and use your personal information to facilitate your registration and participation to the e-learning courses and trainings. Your data will be collected by means of an online registration form, e-learning courses and evaluation form.
An evaluation form has been produced to assess participants’ level of satisfaction with the information provided during e-learning courses. This evaluation form aims to collect participants’ reviews of the results of the project, as well as their opinions concerning the organization of e-learning courses. Therefore for the processess of filling-in & sending this questionnaire strict confidentiality and anonymity of the respondents’ are ensured.
Legal ground(s)do we process your personal data
We will use personal data only for the purpose for which the permission is given, that is to facilitate the registration and the participation at e-learning courses. We will not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information collected online or offline. All information shall be kept confidential unless given consent to by the user. We will not share personal information with others, apart from NIOM, which is managing the grant agreement and might request access for the purposes of the project verification and audit.
Your consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting with as: email@example.com. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you have withdrawn the consent.

All personal data related to the organization and management of the webinar (this includes the information given during the registration, before, during or after completing an online course) will be deleted five years after the completing an online course.
How do we protect and safeguard your personal data?
We use secure data networks that are protected by password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary. Only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our contacts. Our databases are located in Poland.
What are your rights?
Everyone can ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you. Everyone has the right to request access, modification, correction and removal of personal data collected in our database.
